Fframwaith Llythrennedd a Rhifedd Cenedlaethol
Mae sgiliau llythrennedd a rhifedd yn hanfodol er mwyn i bobl ifanc allu cyflawni eu potensial.
Mae’r Fframwaith Llythrennedd a Rhifedd Cenedlaethol (FfLlRh) wedi cael ei ddatblygu i’n helpu i wireddu ein nod, sef bod plant Cymru yn gallu datblygu sgiliau llythrennedd a rhifedd ardderchog yn ystod eu cyfnod yn yr ysgol. Yn yr adran hon cewch yr holl wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am y FfLlRh.
Gallwch archwilio’r datganiadau disgwyliadau sy’n amlinellu’r sgiliau y disgwyliwn i ddysgwyr eu datblygu yn yr ysgol o 5 i 14 oed. Hefyd, gallwch weld y canllawiau a’r deunyddiau hyfforddi sydd ar gael i gefnogi cyflwyno’r FfLlRh.
Bydd dysgwyr a rhieni/gofalwyr yn elwa o gael dealltwriaeth gliriach o’r sgiliau llythrennedd a rhifedd, anghenion dysgu a dilyniant a ddarperir gan y FfLlRh.
Bydd ysgolion yn cael cymorth i weithredu’r Fframwaith Llythrennedd a Rhifedd Cenedlaethol drwy raglen gymorth genedlaethol sydd wedi’i theilwra i fynd i’r afael ag anghenion ysgolion, dysgwyr ac athrawon.

National Literacy and Numeracy Framework
Literacy and numeracy skills are essential in order for young people to reach their potential.
The National Literacy and Numeracy Framework (LNF) has been developed to help achieve our aim that the children of Wales are able to develop excellent literacy and numeracy skills during their time at school. In this section you can find all the latest information on the LNF.
You can explore the expectation statements, which set out the skills we expect learners to develop in school from ages 5 to 14. You can also view the guidance and training materials that are available to support the introduction of the LNF.
Learners and parents/carers will benefit from a clearer understanding of the literacy and numeracy skills, learning needs and progression that the LNF will provide.
Schools will be assisted in implementing the LNF by a comprehensive national support programme that is tailored to address the needs of individual schools, learners and teachers.
